Initial Estimate & Scheduling
After discussing the damage to your vehicle, our expert claim handlers begin the estimating process. After taking photographs and writing a thorough estimate of the visual damage, we will determine whether the vehicle is safe to drive. If the vehicle is not safe to drive, we will coordinate a rental and begin repairs immediately. If the vehicle is safe to drive, we will schedule the first convenient time slot available for repairs to begin. Once you are scheduled, our claim handlers will order parts and begin negotiations with the insurance company. We’ve got it covered from here!
Drop-Off, Vehicle Disassembly & Re-Inspection
When you bring in your car, all of the negotiations will be complete, the rental car will be ready, and the parts will be at our facility. After completing a thorough check-in process, we will promptly begin the repair process with a meticulous disassembly. This will expose any hidden damage not seen at the time of the initial estimate. Don’t worry though, any hidden or additional damage we find is no burden to you. Throughout this process we deal directly with your insurance company so that you don’t have to! If your timeline is going to be altered due to additional parts or repairs, you will receive an update call from your dedicated claim handler.
Structural & Body Repairs
Once all damage has been assessed, our certified technicians will begin any mechanical, frame, and/or body repairs necessary to get your car looking as good as new! Garry's Collision is also certified by BBB and ASE-Certified. This means that we have the necessary equipment and proper training to repair according to factory specifications.

Refinishing
After repairs are completed, our refinish technicians will begin any priming, and/or corrosion protection. The car will be blocked, prepped, and chemically cleaned. Your vehicle then undergoes a multi-step refinishing process using our paint which we mix on location!

Getting You Back on the Road!
After refinish, the vehicle begins reassembly. Once reassembled, the vehicle goes to the detail department where it undergoes a meticulous wet sand, buff, and polish process to remove any imperfections in the paint and bring out the factory shine! The vehicle is then washed inside and out and set up for the final quality inspection. After complete, you are called and notified that your vehicle is ready to be picked up.
